Los Christianos is actually on the South coast of Tenerife.  This picture is almost as far North as you can get.  From this vantage point you can just about see Puerto De La Cruz in the distance.

Also, from this point, you could see two of the other islands, La Gomera and Las Palmas.  On a cloudy day you could only see these by looking out for the cloud which had gathered over them.
